Knowledge is a series of rooms. within each room are a number of doors. In the process of learning, one must explore the rooms beyond each door before proceeding onwards. As one enters successive rooms, the number of doors in each grows in an exponential fashion. Hence the process of learning can seem labarinthine. As knowledge grows, one may feel he knows less. |

As a young adult, the expected four score and ten seems to stretch out into oblivion. It seems to speed up as you get older with brief points of appraisal when you stop for a moment and think....okay so I graduated...okay so I am married....okay so I have children...okay so I have grey hair. It becomes increasingly important to linger on these points of appraisal and relish all of life's experiences to try and distance yourself from the inevitable...okay I died. |

An under-rated therapy which serves as a constant reminder that 'Actually, I have quite a good life and I am quite normal and well adjusted'. |
